LMFF assisted Brooke in paying for her CPT vest that will give her more flexibility and a higher quality of life in getting her daily medical treatments completed! Brooke was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at birth and has had five sinus surgeries to remove nasal polyps. Brooke is living out her dream as a registered nurse. She also teaches in the nursing program at a local community college and married the love of her life.
Brooke said, “From the time I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to be a nurse. I always said I wanted to help kids like me and like Lea, I love helping others and being an advocate. I am now living out that dream.”
